Joined Pittard and Associates in 1979 and a partner in 1981, which became avance Chartered Accountants.

Ross finds that business can be exciting and fun and considers it a privilege to work with people to grow their business and assist with their challenges. He enjoys finding solutions to complex tax issues and systemising accounting. He likes the people, clients, and team he works with and is proud of his team and the capability of the avance firm.
